Galich transmitter is an 350 m tall unfinished antenna tower for FM-/TV-broadcasting near Galich in Russia.
While the antenna tower of Galich transmiter, which is built as lattice steel structure with square cross section and guyed in 4 directions was topped out, when it was built in 1991, the transmitter building nearby remained unfinished.
The mast of Galich transmitter may in spite of its height not carry any workable air-traffic obstacle lights. It is the tallest never used man-made structure in Europe.
