Hey, that's Sean! (not Shawn, or the other Sean that's not Sean). He leads the "Behind the Scenes" tours, and (today) is in #1 position on the gun crew. Note the gunner has his thumb over the 'vent' at the rear of the gun - that's so air isn't pulled into the breech through the vent when the rammer is withdrawn. If it did, it could ignite any embers and cause the gun to go off, which would be a Very Bad Day for the guy on the rammer and his next of kin.
