The southeast corner of Harmon Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard will allegedly be the site of <a href="https://www.casino.org/vitalvegas/rumor-tilman-fertitta-to-build-casino-resort-on-las-vegas-strip/" rel="noreferrer nofollow">a new luxury resort and casino</a> financed by Tilman Fertitta. The Tex Mex Tequilla Bar &amp; Grill remains open for now, but the adjacent Travelodge motel has already been demolished.
