Scanned from original photos / negatives. In Sept / Oct 1994, I travelled in Ecuador and Peru. Dates are estimates. The Ingapirca site is Ecuador's most important remaining set of Inca ruins, built by the Inca on top of a site of the precursor Canari people.
Ingapirca (Kichwa: Inka Pirka, 'Inca wall') is a town in Cañar Province, Ecuador, and the name of the older Inca ruins and archeological site nearby. Read further
