Urim is one of villages in Israel situated some 20 km west of Ofiqim and 110 km from Jerusalem, 100 km north-east of Israel - Egypt border. The population is about 170 people in accordance with the 2009 census. Many people visit Urim each year to take a look at its famous biblical places.

1. Besor Stream
Besor (Hebrew: נחל בשור‎, Nahal Besor), meaning'glad news','cheerful', is a wadi in southern Israel. The stream begins at Mount Boker (near Sde Boker), and spills into the Mediterranean Sea near Deir al-Balah in the Gaza Strip, where it is called Wadi Gaza.
