Tungufell is the hamlet in
Iceland, located some 120 km to the east from
Kópavogur. The capital city
Reykjavik is in 120 km to the west. The population is about 170 people in accordance with the 2013 census. Thousands of tourists visit Tungufell every year to see its waterfalls and scenic routes.

Gullfoss (English: Golden Falls) is a waterfall located in the canyon of Hvítá river in southwest Iceland.
The Golden Circle (Icelandic: Gullni hringurinn ]) is a tourist route in southern Iceland, covering about 300 kilometres (190  mi) looping from Reykjavík into the southern uplands of Iceland and back. It is the area that contains most tours and travel-related activities in Iceland.
The waterfall Háifoss is situated near the volcano Hekla in the south of Iceland. The river Fossá, a tributary of Þjórsá, drops here from a height of 122 m. This is the second highest waterfall of the island.
