The Hague (
Den Haag) is the third largest city in
Netherlands situated some 10 km south-east of
Scheveningen and 70 km from
Amsterdam, 130 km north of Netherlands -
Belgium border. The population is about 474,300 people in accordance with the 2010 census. The Hague is a popular tourist destination thanks to its art museums and galleries and museums.

The Royal Picture Gallery Mauritshuis (English: " Maurice House" ) is an art museum in The Hague, the Netherlands. Previously the residence of count John Maurice of Nassau, it now has a large art collection, including paintings by Dutch painters such as Johannes Vermeer, Rembrandt van Rijn, Jan Steen, Paulus Potter and Frans Hals and works of the German painter Hans Holbein the Younger.
The Louwman Museum is a museum for historic cars, coaches, and motorcycles in The Hague, Netherlands. It is situated on the Leidsestraatweg near the A44 highway. The museum's former names are " Nationaal Automobiel Museum" and " Louwman Collection"

Madurodam is a miniature city located in Scheveningen, The Hague, in the Netherlands. It is a model of a Dutch town on a 1: 25 scale, composed of typical Dutch buildings and landmarks, as are found at various locations in the country. This major Dutch tourist attraction was built in 1952 and has been visited by tens of millions of visitors since then. The Binnenhof (Dutch, literally " inner court" ), is a complex of buildings in The Hague. It has been the location of meetings of the Staten-Generaal, the Dutch parliament, since 1446, and has been the centre of Dutch politics for many centuries.
Huis ten Bosch (English: " House in the Woods" ) is one of the four official residences of the Dutch Royal Family, located in The Hague in the Netherlands. It has been home to Queen Beatrix since 1981. The other royal palace in The Hague, Noordeinde Palace, is used for work-related purposes. A replica of the palace was built in Sasebo, Japan in a theme park bearing the same name.
Beelden aan Zee (" Pictures to the sea" ) museum in the Scheveningen district of The Hague, founded in 1994, is the only Dutch museum that is devoted exclusively to sculpture.
