Sousse (سوسة) is the third largest city in Tunisia, located some 10 km to the south-east from Hadrumète. The capital city Tunis is in 160 km to the north-west. The population is about 164,200 people in accordance with the 2015 census. Many people visit Sousse each year to take a look at its famous historic districts and museums.
