Shusha (Şuşa) is one of towns in Azerbaijan situated some 10 km south of Stepanakert and 360 km from the capital, 90 km north-east of Azerbaijan - Armenia border. The population of Shusha is about 18,700 people (census of 2010). People mostly visit Shusha to see its castles and armenian churches.

Shusha is served by Parsabade Moghan Airport (IATA: PFQ) airport, which is 130 km away.

Ghazanchetsots Cathedral (Armenian: Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ Ղազանչեցոց Եկեղեցի), also known as the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and the Shushi Cathedral, is an Armenian church located in Shushi, Nagorno-Karabakh. It was built between 1868 and 1887 and has a facade of white limestone.
