Oguta is the town in Nigeria, located some 70 km to the south from Onitsha. The capital city Abuja is in 500 km to the north-east. The population of Oguta is about 21,700 people (census of 2015). Many people visit Oguta each year to take a look at its famous lakes.

Oguta is served by Imo Airport (IATA: QOW) airport, which is 80 km away.
