New Delhi (दिल्ली) is the second largest city in India situated some 30 km west of Ghaziabad and 10 km from New Delhi. According to the latest census, the population of New Delhi is about 10,928,000 people. New Delhi is a popular tourist destination thanks to its monuments and memorials and forts.

1. Raj Ghat and associated memorials
Raj Ghat (Hindi: राज घाट) is a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. It is a black marble platform that marks the spot of Gandhi's cremation on 31 January 1948. It is left open to the sky while an eternal flame burns perpetually at one end. It is located on the banks of the river Yamuna in Delhi in India on Ring Road officially known as Mahatma Gandhi Road. 3. Jama Masjid, Delhi
The Masjid-i Jahān-Numā (Persian: مسجد جھان نما, the'World-reflecting Mosque'), commonly known as the Jama Masjid of Delhi, is the principal mosque of Old Delhi in India. Commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, builder of the Taj Mahal, and completed in the year 1656 AD, it is the largest and best-known mosques in India. It lies at the origin of a very busy central street of Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk.

4. Fatehpuri Masjid
Fatehpuri Masjid is located at the western end of the oldest street of Delhi, Chandni Chowk. It thus counterbalances the Red Fort on the opposite end of Chandni Chowk. Fatehpuri Masjid was built in 1650 by Fatehpuri Begum, one of Shah Jahan's wives (kaniz i. E. 5. Nigambodh Ghat
Nigambodh Ghat is located on the banks of the Yamuna river coast in New Delhi, situated on the Ring Road, Delhi at the back of the historic Red Fort. It consists of a series of bathing and ceremonial stepped piers leading to the waters of the river.
