The Exploration Museum (Icelandic: Könnunarsögusafnið Icelandic pronunciation:   & #8203; ]) is dedicated to the history of human exploration, from the early explorers to the exploration of space. The museum is located in the center of Húsavík in North Iceland, 50 kilometres (30& #160; mi) from the Arctic Circle. The museum was founded in 2011 and formally opened in 2014 by the President of Iceland.

3. Húsavíkurkirkja
The Húsavíkurkirkja (]) is an early 20th century church in Húsavík, Iceland. The wooden church was built in 1907 by Icelandic architect Rögnvaldur Ólafsson, who designed the building in line with the Swiss chalet style. The church hosts marriages, baptisms, funerals, and an annual general meeting.
