Enil'chek is one of villages in Kyrgyzstan situated some 100 km south-east of Karakol and 500 km from Bishkek. The population is about 160 people in accordance with the 2015 census. People mostly visit Enil'chek to see its mountains.

Pobeda Peak (Жеңиш чокусу, Russian: Пик победы (pʲik pˠaˈbʲɛdˠɨ)) is the highest mountain in the Tian Shan mountain range. It lies on the Kyrgyzstan-China border, in the Kokshaal-Too subrange, the highest part of the Tien Shan, southeast of lake Issyk Kul.
