Shgharshik is the small place in Armenia, located some 10 km to the north-west from Kapan, 110 km east of Azerbaijan border. The capital city Yerevan is in 250 km to the north-west. The population of the the small town was estimated at 120 people according to the 2015 census People mostly visit Shgharshik to see its christian monasteries.
