Gorna-Bania (Сапарева Баня) is the town in Bulgaria, located some 20 km to the east from Dupnitza, 110 km north-east of Macedonia border. The capital city Sofia is in 70 km to the north. The population of Gorna-Bania is 4,700 people (as of 2010). People mostly visit Gorna-Bania to see its waterfalls.

It is part of Rila National Park and is located on the Skakavitsa River. The waterfall is situated on approximately 2, 000 m above sea level, the water falling down from 70 m.
